The Sales and Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing both sales and operational activities, ensuring that the company's goals are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This individual will be responsible for managing sales strategies, optimizing daily operations, and coordinating between different departments to ensure a seamless workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
- Manage and track sales goals and KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
