We are a high-end, contemporary fine-dining restaurant brand in Mumbai, known for delivering world-class cuisine, impeccable service, and a refined dining experience. We are looking for a professional, service-oriented **Captain** to lead floor operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage a designated section of the dining area, ensuring seamless guest service.
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Oversee and coordinate with stewards and service staff to maintain a high standard of service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely and correct delivery.
- Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary options, and daily specials.
- Assist in training new team members and guiding them to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service and special requests.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and service protocols as per brand and FSSAI standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a luxury or fine-dining setup.
- Strong understanding of hospitality service, guest engagement, and fine-dining etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional Indian or foreign languages is a plus.
- Smart appearance, confident personality, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
