- **Role: Executive Assistant to Company Secretary**

**Location: Delhi Vasant kunj**

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations for the team

Work closely with the Company Secretary’s office for various tasks pertaining to documentation, contracts, legal notice etc and maintain a status update for each

Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

Coordinate with other team SPOC for various contractual / agreement / legal documentation and submission related to business operations

Follow up with the respective team members across functions for various information / data related to the compliance and other statutory formalities

Ensure time bound compliances and other formalities are met as per the deadlines

**Requirements and skills**

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant

Experience in working with Senior Leadership teams in Corporate environment

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

FulltimeBachelors degree; additional qualification as MBA or LLB preferred but not mandatory
