**Responsibilities**:

- Maximizing sales opportunities by promoting value-added services and accessories.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure a positive ownership experience.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Completing sales reports and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Managing customer databases and records.
- Assisting with showroom displays and inventory management.

- Working collaboratively with other sales team members and dealership staff.
