**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and execute testing processes efficiently.
- Employ defect tracking tools such as JIRA to log track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Manage test cases and defects using test and defect management tools to ensure comprehensive coverage and traceability.
- Generate detailed test metrics and reports to provide insights into the quality and progress of testing activities.
- Use TOSCA for automated testing to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy in databases.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on defects and issues to development teams for resolution.
- Ensure that all testing activities are documented and comply with company standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
- Have expertise in test and defect management test metrics and reporting TOSCA and SQL.
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
