As a Business Development Associate, you will embody these values while working closely with our marketing team to focus on building a stronger customer base.

As a Marketing Associate, you will:

- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to help build stronger strategies.
- Use Google Sheets and other tools to create and analyze data for campaign improvement.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners using WhatsApp and other platforms.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- CTC after probation period: 3.2 Lacs (Fixed + Variable Pay)
