**Job Title: Accounts Receivable - Collections Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Receivable - Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding invoices while maintaining positive customer relationships. This role ensures the timely receipt of payments and supports the financial health of the organization by minimizing bad debt and optimizing cash flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements within company guidelines.
- Record collection efforts and status updates in the accounts receivable system.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes.
- Process incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Generate and distribute regular accounts receivable aging reports.
- Escalate delinquent accounts to management or third-party collection agencies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and company credit terms.
- Assist in month-end close activities related to receivables and bad debt reserves.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in accounts receivable or collections role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of transactions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B collections.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Work Location: Remote
