Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage prospective customers in the UK market.
Develop a strong understanding of our services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential clients.
Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling to understand customer requirements, tailor solutions, and propose appropriate offerings.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and address client inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets including revenue quotas, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and activity reports in the system.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of 3-5 years in outbound sales, preferably focused on the UK market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility with clients.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive sales environment.
Exceptional negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills to drive successful sales outcomes.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in using computers and MS Office to manage and track sales activities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of sales leads.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with our products or services.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
