**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop unique plush toy concepts from initial sketches to final prototypes.
- Create detailed patterns and technical specifications for plush toy production.
- Use computer design tools (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.) to create detailed illustrations and digital mock-ups.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing processes.
- Work on fabric print designs to complement plush toy concepts.
- Analyze and incorporate buyer and licensor feedback to refine designs and get samples approved from start to finish.
- Research market trends and competitor products to inspire new designs and ensure market relevance.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plush toy design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pattern making and soft toy design techniques.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Experience with fabric print design is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the plush toy industry, including current trends, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with potential and existing clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into marketable plush toy designs.

Pay: ₹34,904.15 - ₹58,722.30 per month
