Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic
Assistant Supply Chain Manager
to take ownership of our e-commerce operations. From managing suppliers and logistics partners to ensuring seamless order fulfillment, you'll play a critical role in getting our innovative products into the hands of families across India and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor and logistics relationships (including exports/imports)
  • Oversee warehousing, packaging, and last-mile delivery
  • Optimize fulfillment processes to reduce costs and improve delivery speed
  • Forecast demand, manage inventory, and reduce stock-outs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with sales & marketing goals
  • Identify and implement tools and process improvements for scalability


You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in e-commerce or D2C
  • Strong grasp of logistics, inventory planning & order fulfillment
  • Hands-on experience with
    Unicommerce
    is a must
  • Problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Startup-ready attitude: proactive, adaptable, and growth-focused
