**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and prototype STEM-based toys, models, and activity kits for K-12 students.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to align toys and activities with learning outcomes.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including drawings, 3D models, and manuals.
- Test and refine prototypes based on usability, safety, and learning effectiveness.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure scalability and quality of final products.
- Stay updated on global trends in STEM toys, DIY kits, and educational tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Product Design, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in STEM kit/toy design, product prototyping, or educational product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.) for 3D modeling and design.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools, 3D printing, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills with an eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to simplify complex STEM concepts into interactive and child-friendly designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
