**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

**Total Experience**:

- a. Minimum 10-15 Years of Process engineering experience in the field of Petroleum Refining, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Gas Processing, Chemicals and fine chemicals.
- c. Design experience in reputed national, multinational engineering and consultancy firms will be preferred.
- d. Process engineering experience as part of technical support teams of large Chemical/Petrochemical/Fertilizer complexes
- f. Exposure to implementation of Industry 4.0 related digital technologies will be an advantage.

**Key technical Skills and Domain Knowledge**:

- a. Basic and detailed engineering of ISBL process plants, Utilities and Offsites.
- b. Process intensification and optimization, Process safety management.
- c. Technology evaluation and licensor selection - Review of licensors package and residual process engineering
- d. Conversant with steady state commercial simulation softwares such as Aspenplus, Pro-II, HTRI
- e. Knowledge of energy transition related technologies and experience of low carbon / decarboronization processes. Exposure to green processes such as Hydrogen, Ammonia, Methanol, Biofuels, etc.
- f. Other: Active in domain activities
- Association with professional body, Representation in conferences, Publications, Ability to lead and train/guide/mentor team of engineers.
