**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead a group of Process Engineers in a project.
- 2. Interact with client and understand their requirement and translate them into drawings and document delivery.
**Key Skills Required**:
1. Prepare and check Process Datasheets of Process equipment like pumps, storage tanks, Reactors, vessels, columns, Heat Exchangers and special process equipment such as filtration equipment, drying equipment.
- 2. Prepare and check process flow diagram for process based on recipe from client.
- 3. Prepare and check Piping & Instrumentation diagram based on Process Flow diagram.
- 4. Perform and check hydraulic calculations for line sizing, Pump head.
- 5. Perform and check Flare network calculations.
- 6. Perform and check heat exchanger design calculations using HTRI.
- 7. Perform and check relief valve sizing calculations using appropriate codes.
- 8. Perform surge calculations
**Preferred skills in software**:
1. Proficient in HTRI
- 2. Proficient in AFT Fathom.
- 3. Proficient in AFT impulse
- 4. Operating knowledge of E3D / Navis works software
- 5. Operating knowledge of Aveva P&ID
