**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Developing and sustaining relationship with Company approved Vendors (Outsourcing Agency). Ensure that they inform Vendor of any changes in requirement or schedule well in advance.
- Engage Vendors in problem resolution along with respective discipline engineer, involve appropriate project and discipline team members for resolution and subsequent follow-up to monitor supplier on their plan of action.
- Record status and keep record of pertinent information in a timely manner using TCE format.
- Conduct regular review meetings with vendors and all stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are on schedule
- Research existing vendors spare capacities at that moment in view of the existing work allocated by TCE or by any other agency and plan for future allocation of work.
- Conduct Audit of existing vendors and evaluate new vendor capabilities and process in line with TCE policies along with discipline lead.
- Develop and monitor vendor’s performance standards. Set Key result areas, Service levels and monitor on agreed frequency along with discipline Project engineers.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Around 8 -10 years' work experience in Chemicals industry, process industry, engineering consultancy preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in PMO as Project controller, schedulers and/or Procurement operations.
- Good understanding of project planning and schedules.
- Basic of salient commercial terms, invoice certification and processing.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders within TCE
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel and be responsive to project needs
