**Conduct Interactive Sessions**: Plan and deliver engaging spoken English classes focused on improving pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills.
- **Personality Development**: Design and implement activities that promote confidence, public speaking, social skills, and overall personality development.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Regularly assess students’ progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that fosters active participation and learning.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and participate in training programs as required.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A certification in TESOL/TEFL or equivalent is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching spoken English preferably in a classroom setting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to connect with young learners and manage a diverse group of students.
- **Creativity**: Innovative approach to teaching that makes learning fun and effective.
- **Patience and Empathy**: Understanding of children’s needs and the ability to handle varying levels of ability and temperament.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Comfortable using educational technology and online teaching tools.
