**What You'll Do**
- Coordinate, plan and organize regional level meetings and presentations (virtual and in-person)
- Coordinate onboarding of new team members. (Welcome pack, IT equipment, meetings with necessary team members)
- Support the planning and booking of business events, related travel & accommodation.
- Maintain and organize shared drive libraries for different teams in the region with up-to-date documents.
- Collating monthly client invoices / final approval and liaison with the finance team (including client billable travel expenses)
- Support the General Manager by creating compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations, using best of breed tools, creating visibility and transparency.
- Management of vendor Invoices / Services (Office leases, regional expenses etc.)
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Human Resources, and IT to ensure that the organization’s operations run effectively and efficiently to meet company goals and objectives.
- Manage projects that require planning and integration of multiple tasks and details (e.g., offsite team activity)
- Support the General Manager primarily and provide additional support to leadership team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Manage the distribution list of groups under the General Manager. Manage group-wide communication and memos to be issued by the General Manager

**What's Required**

**Experience**

3 to 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or General Admin role within a fast paced and fluid environment. Familiarity with business operations and processes.

**Skills**
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced administration with outstanding organizational and time management skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A practical hands-on approach to problem solving
- The tenacity and confidence to see a task through to full completion
- Discretion and confidentiality
