**Role Summary**
The Telecaller Executive is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits and follow-ups. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional interaction with prospects.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation & Initial Client Engagement**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists and databases.
- Engage prospects with clear and persuasive communication about residential projects.
- Understand basic client requirements to qualify leads effectively.
**Follow-up & Appointment Scheduling**
- Follow up with inbound inquiries and potential buyers to nurture interest.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain consistent communication to keep prospects engaged and interested.
**Client Data Management**
- Accurately record call outcomes, client details, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems.
- Update and maintain lead databases ensuring data integrity.
**Coordination & Reporting**
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with campaigns.
- Report daily call activities, lead status, and feedback to sales managers.
**Customer Service & Support**
- Address preliminary client queries regarding project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Escalate complex queries to the sales executives or managers promptly.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, professional, and persuasive telephonic manner.
- Target-driven with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Organized with good multitasking and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
**Educational & Experience Requirements**
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BMM, BMS, or equivalent).
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support (real estate experience preferred).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
