**Job Title: Tele Sales/Tele Calling Executive - Real Estate**

**Location: Chheda Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, 400077**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our luxury real estate projects**
**- Fix appointments and book site visits for potential customers**
**- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets**
**- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our real estate projects and services**
**- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner**

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of tele calling / Tele sales experience in any industry or Real Estate, preferably in the luxury segment**
**- Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati (optional)**
**- Excellent communication and negotiation skills**
**- Strong work ethic and ability to meet sales targets**
**- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances**

**Work Details**:

- Work Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
**- Week Off: Rotational week off between Monday to Wednesday**
