**Position**: Sales Executive - Institutional Sales (HoReCa)

**Location**: Noida
**CTC**: ₹4 - ₹5 LPA (Depending on Experience)
**Experience Required**: 3-4 Years in Institutional or HoReCa Sales
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the **HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes)** and **Institutional** segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, chefs, F&B managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through **field visits**, cold calling, networking, and references.
- Conduct product presentations, samples, and demos to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Collect payments and ensure account reconciliation in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-4 years** of relevant experience in **HoReCa** or **Institutional Sales**.
- Proven track record in **B2B field sales**.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Should own a **two-wheeler or four-wheeler** with a valid driving license (conveyance expenses may be reimbursed as per policy).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
