**Job description**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Approach customers as they enter the showroom, inquire about the type of furnishing and interior products they want.**
- **Manage the sales process, politely respond to questions/inquires raised by customers, and close every sale with potential customers.**
- **Close the deal with various catalogue available**
- **Constantly learn about new products and be able to explain specific features of various products to customers as well as knowing the price list off hand.**
- **Perform other assigned duties**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **A Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or any relevant field**
- **Minimum of 0-3 years of demonstrable experience in sales, marketing, merchandising or related field.**

- **Maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times**
- **Provide exceptional product knowledge and offer solutions to customers furnishing needs**
- **Engage quickly and deliver efficient customer care to ensure speedy addressal of customer needs and wants**
- **Follow up prudently on customer inquiries, solve problems, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide great aftercare service**
- **Record and file all documentation related to clients correctly**
- **Prepare regular reports to be discussed with the management, and participate in internal sales and management meetings**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
