You will be working as Production Scheduler and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries Division based out at Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Manufacturing Unit Manager. You will be primarily responsible for leading a function focused on the optimization of the production organizations assembly methods, processes and equipment in close cooperation with Factory Operation Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that the production process aligns with the project targets for internal or external developed process and performing the final test in accordance with the projects data. Ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes
- Ensuring the revenue requirement, that the panels are assembled tested and made available
- Co-ordinating with project engineering team, for job loading manufacturing assembly and maintaining store inventory
- Defining production costs and the sequencing of the working phases of a new production process in order to minimize cost and maximize quality
- Developing and proposing the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and processes
- Supporting the supply chain management department in selecting suppliers, evaluating the technology and capacity and determining the best option
- Cooperating with local or international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supporting engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules. Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost
- Reinforcing and maintaining a culture of health & safety in all production development initiatives
- Ensuring (with HR manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

**Your background**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s in EEE / ECE specialization
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in production process, drive panel manufacturing / EPC domain
- Experience in collaborating with procurement & logistics, project managers, engineering team & sub-contractors
- Knowledge of project planning tool like Primavera / MS Project/ Planisware
