**About the Team**:
The production support team at FIS consists of professionals skilled in Mainframes, Open Systems Batch Scheduling, NDM: Connect Direct, CA Output Management, and CA Easytrieve administration. We operate from Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune, and provide scheduling and administration services to multiple clients around the world.

**Your Role**:

- Maintain and manage the job scheduling system using ASG ZEKE tool. This includes implementing new work procedures, testing programs and hardware/software changes, responding to processing problems and client requests, and maintaining the data center disaster recovery plan.
- Create and manage Zeke Objects such as jobs, job streams, event rules, prompts, parameters, calendars, resources, variable tables, workstations, domains, and run cycle groups.
- Perform schedule load process efficiently.
- Utilize advanced scheduling techniques, such as interval scheduling and holiday processing.
- Dynamically schedule work and utilize scheduler package for variables.
- Create and modify JCL as required for job functions.
- Diagnose and resolve abends efficiently.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in ASG Zeke Scheduling and Mainframe Scheduling Administration, with knowledge of Output Management, JCL, MVS, and TSO.
- Working knowledge of scheduling system components and architecture.
- Ability to configure and interpret calendar functions.
- Capability to understand and fulfill client requests using the scheduling tool.
- Strong analytical skills to improve scheduling flow.
