**About this team**:
The production support team at FIS consist of Mainframes, Open systems Batch scheduling, NDM: Connect Direct, CA Output Management & CA Easytrieve administration. It operates from Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune locations. It is a Level 3 team that provides Scheduling and Admin services for multiple clients hosted at data centers across the globe.

**What you will be doing**
- Works independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
- Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
- Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge.
- Will be working in Regular night shifts

**What you bring**:

- 5 to 8 Years of experience in Mainframe Batch reporting & NDM - Connect Direct File Transfers
- Basic programming knowledge to consist of CA EASYTRIEVE and REXX
- Strong mainframe skills to include MVS and JCL
- Strong batch processing knowledge
- Ability to create / modify JCL or scripting for job transmit functions across multiple environments such as FTP, FTPS, SFTP
- ZEKE scheduling knowledge & Batch Automations Knowledge

- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
