- Strong technical skills in Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS.
- In-depth knowledge of mainframe computing technologies, including operating systems, programming languages, and database systems.
- Design, develop, and deliver mainframe training programs for individuals and organizations.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in mainframe technology and adapt training programs accordingly.
- Should have hands on Mainframe Training experience with freshers.
- Relevant certifications in mainframe technologies are desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Provide technical support to trainees as needed.
