**What you will be doing**
- Provide 24X7 support.
- Work in morning, evening and night shifts and on weekends on rotational basis.
- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnosis and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in IBM Mainframe technologies
- L2 and L3 production support experience on IBM Mainframes
- Good experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2,and Vsam
- 1+ year of production support experience in Windows and SQL
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**A**dde**d bonus if you have**:

- Good networking knowledge (network layers, TCP/IP) will be an added advantage.
- Payments and/or Banking domain experience
- Automation experience
- Experience of Financial Services industry.
- Experience of working in matrix management of resources.
