The Impact You’ll Make

Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Works on Capacity Management to establish production schedules, labor loading, MRP signaling and capacity requirements Coordinates with Product group to align build plan priorities; Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with Supply Chain, Production planning, SPM, production manufacturing and engineering managers Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Works to maintain team performance standards under changing circumstances. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires minimal research. Setup KPI’s and monitor them, report KPI’s to management and take actions to improve KPI of team Drive improvements projects to improve productivity. Work with US stakeholders to discuss on transferrable activities to India.

Who We’re Looking For

Years of Experience : Minimum of 8 years of related/relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; Preferred Overall Experience: 12+ years Job Experience: Experience in any of the following areas: Multinational high technology corporation, in operations (preferred), BOM & Planning Experience Education : Bachelor’s degree in any stream or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations) Candidate should be comfortable working in shift based on business needs. Shift timings will be 15:30 to 00:30.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to successfully interact with and coordinate across diverse parts of the organization, technical and non-technical Experience with factory capacity management / Planning / Scheduling Orders Computer literate including MS Office suite, email, Windows, Explorer Knowledge of BOM structures and Engineering Change process Excellent communication skills

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
