ESSIONAL TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES - OPERATE AND MANAGE THE EPABX SYSTEM, ANSWER, SCREEN,

AND FORWARD INCOMING CALLS TO THE CONCERNEED DEPART

MENTS OR INDIVIDUALS, HANDLE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL

CALLS PROFESSIONALLY AND COURTEOUSLY, MAINTAIN

RECORDS OF CALLS, MESSAGES, AND COMPLAINTS.

4. SKILLS - KNOWLEDGE OF EPABX SYSTEM OPERATION, GOOD VERBAL

COMMUNICATION AND TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE, BASIC

COMPUTER SKILLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION.

5. SALARY RANG - 18K TO 20K

6. WORKING HOURS - 10:00 AM TO 6:30PM

7. LOCATION - K.C CREATION D2/12B LAJPAT NAGAR -2 NEW DELHI -110024

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
