Project Coordinator

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:

- Understand client requirements and expectations, and relay them accurately to internal teams.

2. Coordination and Follow-ups:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met while keeping the client updated on progress.

3. Issue Resolution:

- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly or escalating them to the appropriate team.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and feedback.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management on client satisfaction and project status.

5. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services/products to existing clients.

6. Market Insights:

- Gather and share insights from client feedback to help improve internal processes, products, or services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple client accounts.
- Problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualities:

- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
