**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **project planning**, including defining project scope, setting timelines, and managing resources.
- Coordinate tasks and ensure team members are on track with their assignments.
- **Track project progress** to ensure timelines are adhered to and budgets are maintained.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Identify and resolve project issues or risks proactively.
- Maintain detailed **project documentation** and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage **project workflow** and ensure the smooth transition of tasks between teams.
- Assist in **budget tracking** and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Project Coordinator** or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **project management methodologies** (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in any language.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong **task management** and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as **MS Project, Asana, Trello**, or others.
- Strong **team coordination** skills and the ability to foster collaboration within the team.
- Understanding of **project timelines**, **project reporting**, and performance metrics.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage unforeseen project risks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
