**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Work with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.

Organize and conduct project meetings, ensuring effective information flow.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

**Documentation**:
Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.

Ensure that all project-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

**Resource Management**:
Assist in resource allocation and coordination.

Track project resource utilization and report any potential issues to project management.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and assess project risks and issues.

Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

**Quality Control**:
Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Conduct regular quality reviews and inspections.

**Budget Tracking**:
Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.

Report any budgetary concerns to project management.

**Client Interaction**:
Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
