Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Looking for an aggressive team player with a strong hold on niche technologies in the IT market.
- Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench
- Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
- Good Knowledge on H1 Transfers
- Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
- Expertise in university posting.
- Address the consulting needs of a major client account. Maintaining a good database for the follow-ups.
- Must possess appropriate level of computer literacy.
- Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
