**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects within the

**assigned territory.**

Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to

**address client needs and drive sales.**

**Sales Execution**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring a high

**level of customer satisfaction.**

Provide accurate sales forecasts and update the Territory Sales Manager on

**progress and potential challenges.**

**Collaboration with Inside Sales Team**:
Work closely with the Inside Sales team to follow up on leads, coordinate efforts,

**and ensure a seamless transition from lead to client.**

Share market insights and feedback with the Inside Sales team to optimize lead

**generation and sales strategies.**

**Collaboration with Technical and Pre-Sales Teams**:
Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales teams to address client requirements,

**develop tailored solutions, and overcome technical objections.**

Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate

**successful implementations and support.**

**Reporting & Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status

**in the CRM system.**

Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the

**Territory Sales Manager.**

**Experience & Qualifications**

Any bachelor's degree/B-Tech /MBA

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Excellent command over English & Hindi

At-least 3-4 years’ experience in direct Sales with an excellent performance track

**record in the IT hardware /Software /Services Sales industry**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
