**Job Title: Packaging Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise the end-to-end packaging process for all products.

Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate packaging.

Ensure that all packaging materials meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage inventory levels of packaging materials and initiate procurement when necessary.

Optimize packaging solutions to minimize costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products.

Maintain packaging documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging options.

Keep up to date with industry trends and packaging innovations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Packaging Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a packaging role, preferably in FMCG, Health & Wellness, or similar industries.

Knowledge of packaging materials, machines, and printing techniques.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
