We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented **Sales Executive** Preference in **Rigid Cosmetic Packaging** to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of cosmetic packaging solutions, a solid track record in sales, and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients. The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, developing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cosmetic packaging industry. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the cosmetic sector, understanding their specific packaging needs and ensuring excellent service.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Implement and manage strategic sales plans to meet or exceed established targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth in line with company objectives.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the rigid cosmetic packaging industry to inform business decisions.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations with key clients, demonstrating expert knowledge in rigid packaging solutions, pricing structures, and value propositions to secure high-value deals.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present accurate, timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and other related documentation to senior management.
**Key Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3+ years of successful sales experience in the rigid packaging industry, preferably within the cosmetic or personal care sector.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of rigid packaging materials (e.g., plastic, glass, metal) and an understanding of industry regulations, standards, and sustainability trends.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree or certifications in sales/packaging would be a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- **Analytical Ability**: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and sales data effectively.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
