**Position Overview**

In this role, you will work directly with our Solution Consulting team in supporting our internal systems used during sales demonstrations. This role will also support the completion of IT and Information Security questionnaires which is a critical component of the sales process. You will be responsible for routine maintenance, backup and recovery, user access and data integrity of all sales environments.

A typical day will include AQX system support, performing resets on sales data to bring to original gold master database, and working in client-provided documents to answer technical queries.

**You’ll Love This Job if You Like To**:

- Respond to Information Security Questionnaires and maintain internal response library
- Conduct routine database maintenance tasks, e.g. backups, restores, running SQL scripts
- Maintain up-to-date software versions, and data across all internal sales environments
- Maintain system user access and system documentation
