We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Presale Executive** to join our team at UL Cyberpark, Calicut. The Presale Executive will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and prepare proposals to help drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and product demos based on client specifications.
- Assist in creating detailed technical documentation and support materials for sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of the solutions offered.
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements to propose solutions that meet client needs effectively.
- Provide pre-sales support, including answering technical queries and addressing client concerns.
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and guiding them through the sales process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment of solutions with client expectations.
- Track and report on the progress of presales activities and assist in achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in presales, sales support, or a similar role.
- Any graduate, preferably with a background in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret client requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Good understanding of sales processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM software.
- Basic technical knowledge related to the products and solutions being sold.
