Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Al-Shama Pharma's Unani, Ayurvedic and Herbal products.

Identify and engage with potential clients, distributors, and retailers.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

Manage social media, digital marketing, and brand promotion activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or a related field (MBA preferred).

1-3 years of experience in marketing (Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
