Job Profile: Real estate Sales and Marketing Executive

Job type: work from the office, (Need to Travel for site visits as and when needed)

Exp required: 2-4 years in a similar field

**Salary**: Depends on Previous Salary

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Receive Direct Walk-ins and Pitch the projects they are interested in,
- Interact with customers and understand their actual requirements
- Must have significant experience & and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
- Handling incoming leads, telephonic inquiries as well as walk-in inquiries. Also, work towards converting the leads into confirmed bookings
- Excellent communicator and target-oriented person
- Maintain Smooth communications with the clients
- Work closely with CRM, Payment followups, and other followups
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
- Personality, business, and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting and math, resourcefulness, honesty, and knowledge of the market
- Self-motivation, persistence, and active listening
- Social reminders, patience, and negotiation skills
- Tactfulness, telecommunications, and outstanding customer service skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
