Position Purpose

Managing the day to day operations of the Derivative desk

**Responsibilities**:
Direct Responsibilities
- To handle back office function for all products on Derivatives Section.
- Timely reporting processing of deals and to carry out error free settlements of transactions. Reporting of transactions to CCIL within specified time lines.
- To validate and track receipt of documents like Underlying, various declarations, signed Term Sheet and Confirmations.
- To ensure timely submission of all RBI returns for Derivative section. To handle & Monitor Board Resolution limit tracking as per RBI guidelines
- Reconciliation of Ledger accounts to ensure correct entries posted by the system.
- To ensure timely submission of all RBI returns for Derivative section

Contributing Responsibilities
- Interacting with other desks of Treasury operations & Front office for smooth operations
- ?Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions (?AML/FS?) related duties

?Operations are an integral part of the control framework including for AML/ FS topics. In that respect, in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FS-related Group policies and execution of associated operational controls and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision to the relevant authority?
