Reporting To: Global Lead Treasury

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Senior Specialist to join our Global Treasury team in Mumbai. This role will support global liquidity planning, FX operations, debt monitoring, and treasury reporting. The candidate will collaborate closely with regional finance teams and contribute to strategic treasury initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Liquidity & Cash Flow Management

  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly global liquidity reports, including cash flow forecasts across regions.
  • Monitor cash buffers and ensure optimal utilisation of funds across entities.
  • Support short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting using Kyriba and Excel-based models.

Foreign Exchange (FX) & Interest Monitoring

  • Manage FX exposure reporting, settlements, and hedging operations via FXall and Kyriba.
  • Track and analyse interest costs on borrowings and maintain detailed schedules.
  • Assist in FX impact analysis and derivative reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare board presentations and monthly treasury dashboards

Debt & Credit Rating Support

  • Maintain entity-wise debt schedules and support interest cost planning.
  • Assist in preparing rating models and documentation for external credit rating agencies.
  • Coordinate with global teams for rating reviews, bondholder meetings, and financial disclosures.

Treasury Systems & Process Optimisation

  • Provide operational support for Kyriba TMS, SAP, and FXall.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in treasury reporting and data consolidation.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.

Project & Strategic Support

  • Contribute to global treasury projects around finance cost and operations optimization
  • Support regional treasury transitions and onboarding of new processes or systems.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior leadership and regional stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations, including liquidity, FX, and debt management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, FXall, and advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or financial planning & analysis.
  • Experience in a global or multi-entity environment is preferred.
