PLC Programmer

**Position**: PLC Programmer

Experience Level: 5+ years in Automation & Robotic Applications

**Responsibilities**:
**PLC Programming**:
Proficient in ladder programming and logic design for PLC systems, with expertise in Omron, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Siemens platforms.

HMI and SCADA Programming:
Design and implement Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for efficient monitoring and control of industrial processes.

**Motor Control**:
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Servo Motor drivers and Stepper Motor drivers.

Ability to design and implement motor control strategies based on system requirements.

**Electrical Control Circuits**:
Design and draw electrical control circuits using AUTOCAD software.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards in circuit design.

Component Selection and Bill of Materials (BOM):
Select appropriate components based on system specifications and logic requirements.

Create comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects, ensuring all necessary components are accounted for.

**Communication Systems**:
Proficient in various communication protocols such as Modbus, RS232, Ethernet TCP/IP, and PI Protocol.

Establish and troubleshoot communication links between different devices within the automation system.

**Electrical and Electronics Knowledge**:
Thorough understanding of electrical and electronics components used in automation systems.

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.

Strong expertise in Omron, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLC platforms.

Proficiency in HMI and SCADA programming.

Experience with Servo Motor drivers and Stepper Motor drivers.

Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, RS232, Ethernet TCP/IP, and PI Protocol.

Ability to design electrical control circuits using AUTOCAD software.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
