**PLC Programmer - Automation Industry**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PLC Programming & Development**: Develop, test, and modify PLC programs for automation systems using platforms like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Schneider.
- **HMI & SCADA Integration**: Configure and integrate **Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)** and **Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)** systems.
- **Control System Design**: Work with **electrical engineers** to design and implement industrial control panels, motor control systems, and communication networks.
- **Troubleshooting & Debugging**: Diagnose and resolve PLC and automation system issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- **Commissioning & Installation**: Deploy PLC programs on-site, test functionality, and provide support during installation and commissioning phases.
- **Documentation & Maintenance**: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including logic diagrams, functional descriptions, and maintenance manuals.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure that all control systems comply with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Optimize existing automation processes by implementing efficiency enhancements and predictive maintenance solutions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram (FBD)** programming.
- Experience with **industrial communication protocols** like Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and CANopen.
- Hands-on experience with **VFDs, servo motors, and industrial sensors**.
- Knowledge of **robotics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems** in automation is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Industries**:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
