Our exceptional collection of tiles and sanitary wares caters to the discerning needs of architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners alike.

Job Responsibilities:

- Actively engage with potential customers to promote our products and services, establishing and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on product selection, ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, both online and offline, that highlight our product offerings
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our customer base and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the tiles and sanitary wares industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
