**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include making cold calls and attending client meetings. The Sales Executive should also be able to identify the client's needs and address their concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in lead generation and sales
- Experience in the poultry or agriculture industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to meet sales targets and quotas
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver growth in revenue sell-through targets from HORECA outlets.
- Build strong, influential, and collaborative business relationships with the HORECA outlets and distribution center
- Grow and protect HORECA accounts
- Correct positioning of the brand and the product portfolio in the territory
- Responsible for building the right sales forecast and managing the product inventories within the outlets
- Observation and reports of competitor activities
- Active search for new channel generation for the business
- Responsible for making sure clients have the correct order
- Undertake new account development initiatives with a proper market survey, competition analysis, and market penetration.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis
- Negotiate with the HORECA outlets to build and execute strong and impactful demand-generation plans with named accounts
- Initiate retail channel sell-through programs, promotions, and other marketing strategies for improved business

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
