**Job Summary**:
### **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed information about pre-owned vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- **Sales Process**:

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and manage leads effectively.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the pre-owned car market, including pricing trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and process sales contracts and necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to vehicle purchases.

### **Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, particularly in pre-owned vehicles, is highly desirable.

### **Skills**:

- Good communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Freshers may also apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
