What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage (Install, configure, upgrade, maintain) Production and lower Database Environments
- Build and support configurations leveraging SQL Always On, windows fail over clustering, and transaction replication.
- Design, implement, test and maintain backup, restore and recovery protocols.
- Elevate stability and performance of production environment by implementing SQL Server best practices.
- Implement and maintain database security.
- Maintain all SQL services including but not limited to SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours

You will build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

The Experience You’ll Need (required):

- 2-4 years’ experience working with SQL 2012 and higher.
- Detail oriented, excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior staff, and internal or external customers.
- Flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment; ability to successfully multi-task.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals and high-level requirements documentation.
- Basic knowledge on PowerShell Scripting
- Hands on experience with Windows and Linux platforms
- Work with US based team to Complete Essential Functions and Projects
- Additional Roles and Functions to Develop and Acquire Over time as Team Engages on New Endeavors to Best Align to Meet Company’s Overall Needs and Goals
- Adjust focus of work and pivot as needed to best meet goals for continued success and growth of the organization.
- Inquire with new business units and/or other opportunities within the organization to assist in operationalizing and/or optimizing tasks based upon organizational needs.
