**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs** that align with product requirements.
- Collaborate with **developers, and stakeholders** to ensure seamless **handoff and implementation of designs.**
- Create and maintain **design systems, style guides, and UI components.**
- Maintain and evolve the **design system** to ensure brand and product consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.**
- Design visually compelling **marketing pamphlets, brochures, flyers, and print-ready assets.**
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing **campaigns with engaging visuals.**
- Ensure **brand identity consistency**across product UI, print material, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors or printers to ensure **high-quality print production.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.**
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools for product design.**
- Experience with **wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.**
- Strong skills in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for marketing creatives. (optional but will be given preference)**
- Understanding of **typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.**
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of **design thinking and user psychology.**

**Nice to Have**

**- **Understanding of **HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks** (not mandatory but a plus)

**- **Experience with **motion design and micro-interactions.**

**- **Basic knowledge of **accessibility and inclusive design.**

**- Understanding of conversion**rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.*

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
