Onsite/Shift

Purpose of Role:_ _Assembly of Pumps, Valves, Projects & Spares.

Key Responsibilities: (List down responsibilities)

Maintaining 5s in the shop floor. Update check sheet as defined & inform supervisor for any abnormalities. Knowledge to operate Crane & Lifting equipment’s. Knowledge on Measuring Instruments. Knowledge to read GD & T, Drawings. Knowledge to read & understand SOP, 1PL, MSDS, HIRA, AIA, OEE & SMED. Knowledge to loading & unloading materials. Knowledge to use respective jigs & fixtures for respective jobs. Knowledge to assemble Pumps, Valves & Projects. Update Andon, Daily Production, CTQ, Breakdown & other reports. Ensure quality product is manufactured as per requirement with relative documents. Knowledge to handle OK, Rework & Rejected parts. Manufacture of jobs within defined cycle time.

Key Performance Indicators (List down as per goals set in Energy)

Participation in CSR Activity as per requirement. Participation in Kaizen min. monthly one. Participation in SOS & conversation, min one per month. Multi skill & Makers quality in all the process per plan. Ensure Zero NCR. Implement 1 suggestion per quarter Undergo 4 online trainings to improve productivity & performance To meet OTD as per requirement.
