**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Citrix Infrastructure Management**: Install, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, Citrix StoreFront, and other Citrix components.
- **System Monitoring & Optimization**: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to ensure a stable Citrix environment.
- **Security & Compliance**: Implement and maintain security policies, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Citrix-related issues, resolving problems efficiently and collaborating with other IT teams.
- **Backup & Disaster Recovery**: Implement backup and recovery strategies for Citrix environments to ensure business continuity.
- **Documentation & Training**: Maintain technical documentation, create standard operating procedures, and provide training to IT staff and end-users.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)**:

- Experience with **Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, Citrix Workspace**:

- Knowledge of **Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policies**:

- Experience with **hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix Hypervisor)**:

- Understanding of **networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing)**:

- Experience with **Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms** (preferred)
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Education & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- **3-5 years** of experience in Citrix administration or a related IT infrastructure role

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Citrix Certified || Nutanix Certified || Azure Certified

**Good to have skills**:

- PowerShell scripting and automation

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
