**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers to recover overdue payments and resolve issues related to non-payment.
- Communicate with customers via calls and field visits to remind them of outstanding dues and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure goodwill while addressing payment concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, payment agreements, and customer interactions.
- Implement effective recovery strategies to minimize bad debts and achieve collection targets.
- Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and reporting guidelines during collection activities.
- Address and resolve customer disputes or queries regarding their accounts promptly and professionally.
- Track and report individual collection performance against set targets.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in field collections, debt recovery, or a related role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local areas and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
